Service Agreement

1.1 This Agreement is an agreement between you and SweetShu Game regarding the use of SweetShu Game related services by users. "SweetShu Game" refers to Suzhou SweetShu Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its related services that may have operating affiliates. "User" refers to the user of SweetShu Game related services, and is more often referred to as "you" in this Agreement.

1.2 The services under this Agreement refer to the products and services provided by SweetShu Game to users, including but not limited to instant messaging, online media, Internet value-added, interactive entertainment, e-commerce and advertising (hereinafter referred to as "this Service").

2.1 You may need to register an account when using the services of SweetShu Game. Please comply with a separate agreement for the specific rules for your use of the account.

2.2 SweetShu Game specifically reminds you to keep your account and password properly. When you have finished using it, you should exit safely. If you do not keep it properly, your account or password may be stolen, and you will be responsible for it.

3.1 Protecting user personal information is a basic principle of Sweet Potato Games.

3.2 When you register an account or use this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in your real identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you will not be able to use this service or will be restricted during use.

3.3 In general, you can browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for security and identity identification (such as number complaint service), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.

3.4 Sweet Potato Games will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure.

3.5 Without your consent, Tianshu Game will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Tianshu Game, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

3.6 Tianshu Game attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians") before using the services of Tianshu Game.

4.1 Unless you have otherwise agreed with Tianshu Game, you agree that this service is only for your personal non-commercial use.

4.2 You should use this service in the way provided or approved by Tianshu Game, and the rights you obtain under the terms of this agreement are not transferable.

4.3 You may not use plug-ins, external tools or third-party tools not authorized by SweetShu Game to interfere with, damage, modify or otherwise affect the services under this Agreement.

You understand and agree that the services of SweetShu Game are provided in accordance with the current status of existing technology and conditions. SweetShu Game will do its best to provide you with services and ensure the continuity of services; however, SweetShu Game cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions and other reasons that may cause service interruptions, data loss and other losses and risks.

6.1 You should understand that you need to prepare terminal equipment related to the relevant services (such as computers, modems, etc.) and bear the required expenses (such as telephone charges, Internet charges, etc.) when using the services of Sweet Potato Games.

6.2 You understand and agree that your terminal equipment and bandwidth and other resources will be consumed when you use this service.

7.1 You agree that Sweet Potato Games can send you advertising, promotional or publicity information (including commercial and non-commercial information) by itself or by third-party advertisers in the process of providing services, and the method and scope can be changed without special notice to you.

7.2 Sweet Potato Game may provide you with the function of choosing to close advertising information, but you may not block or filter advertising information in any way that is not expressly agreed upon in this Agreement or that is not permitted in writing by Sweet Potato Game at any time.

7.3 Sweet Potato Game shall perform relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the provisions of the law. You shall judge the authenticity of advertising information on your own and be responsible for your own judgment. Except as expressly provided by the law, Sweet Potato Game shall not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of transactions based on such advertising information or content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.

7.4 You agree that you shall carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of advertising information appearing in the Sweet Potato Game service. Except as expressly provided by the law, you shall be responsible for transactions based on such advertising information.

8.1 Some of the services of Sweet Potato Game are provided in a charged manner. If you use charged services, please comply with the relevant agreements.

8.2 SweetShu Game may modify and change the charging standards and methods of paid services according to actual needs, and SweetShu Game may also start charging for some free services. Before the aforementioned modification, change or start of charging, SweetShu Game will notify or announce on the corresponding service page. If you do not agree to the above modification, change or paid content, you should stop using the service.

When you use products or services provided by third parties on the SweetShu Game platform, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Agreement, you should also comply with the third party's user agreement. SweetShu Game and the third party shall each bear responsibility for possible disputes within the scope of legal provisions and agreements.

10.1 You may need to download software during the use of this service. For these software, Sweet Potato Games grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. You may use these software only for the purpose of accessing or using this service.

10.2 In order to improve user experience, ensure the security of the service and the consistency of product functions, Sweet Potato Games may update the software. You should update the relevant software to the latest version, otherwise Sweet Potato Games does not guarantee its normal use.

11.1 The intellectual property rights of the content provided by Sweet Potato Games in this service (including but not limited to web pages, texts, pictures, audio, video, graphics, etc.) belong to Sweet Potato Games, and the intellectual property rights of the content generated by users in the use of this service belong to users or relevant rights holders.

11.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright, patent and other intellectual property rights of the software that SweetShu Game relies on when providing this service belong to SweetShu Game.

11.3 The copyright or trademark rights of the commercial logos such as "QQ", "SweetShu Game", "TENCENT" and penguin images used by SweetShu Game in this service belong to SweetShu Game.

11.4 The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content included in this service are protected by law. Without the written permission of SweetShu Game, users or relevant rights holders, no one may use or create related derivative works in any form.

12.1 You must abide by laws and regulations when using this service, and you may not use this service to engage in illegal or irregular behavior, including but not limited to:

(1) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing content that endangers national security and unity, undermines social stability, violates public order and good customs, insults, slanders, is obscene, violent, and any other content that violates national laws and regulations;

(2) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legal rights of others;

(3) Maliciously fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(4) Publishing, transmitting, and disseminating advertising information and junk information;

(5) Other behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations.

12.2 If you violate this agreement, the relevant state agencies or institutions may file a lawsuit, impose a fine, or take other sanctions against you, and require Sweet Potato Games to provide assistance. If any damage is caused, you shall compensate according to law, and Sweet Potato Game shall not bear any responsibility.

12.3 If Sweet Potato Game finds or receives reports from others that the information you posted violates this agreement, Sweet Potato Game has the right to make independent judgments and take technical means to delete, block or disconnect the link. At the same time, Sweet Potato Game has the right to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating services, restricting, freezing or terminating the use of QQ numbers, and pursuing legal liability, depending on the nature of the user's behavior.

12.4 If you violate this agreement and cause any third party damage, you shall bear the responsibility independently; if Sweet Potato Game suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate for it.

13.1 You shall comply with relevant local laws and regulations and respect local morals and customs when using this service. If your behavior violates local laws, regulations or morals, you shall bear the responsibility independently.

13.2 You should avoid involving SweetSweet Game in political and public events due to the use of this service, otherwise SweetSweet Game has the right to suspend or terminate your service

14.1 You are solely responsible for the content (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, etc.) you send or disseminate through this service.

14.2 The content you send or disseminate should have a legal source, and the relevant content is owned by you or you have obtained the authorization of the right holder.

14.3 You agree that SweetSweet Game can use the content you send or disseminate for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement or providing this service.

14.4 If Sweet Potato Game receives a notice from the right holder claiming that the content you sent or disseminated infringes their relevant rights, you agree that Sweet Potato Game has the right to make an independent judgment and take measures such as deletion, blocking or disconnection of links.

15.1 You understand and agree that in the process of using this service, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may cause the service to be interrupted. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome or avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as wars, unrest, and government actions. In the event of the above situation, Sweet Potato Game will strive to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to repair it in a timely manner, but the losses caused to you by Sweet Potato Game will be exempted from liability within the scope permitted by law.

15.2 To the extent permitted by law, SweetShu Game shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:

(1) Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks;

(2) Failure of the user's or SweetShu Game's computer software, system, hardware, or communication lines;

(3) Improper user operation;

(4) Users use the Service in a manner not authorized by SweetShu Game;

(5) Other circumstances that SweetShu Game cannot control or reasonably foresee.

15.3 You understand and agree that in the process of using the Service, you may encounter risks brought by network information or other user behaviors. SweetShu Game shall not be responsible for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor for any damages caused to you by infringement. These risks include but are not limited to:

(1) Anonymous or pseudonymous information containing threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content from others;

(2) Any psychological, physical harm and economic loss caused or may be caused by being misled, deceived or otherwise misled by others due to the use of the services under this Agreement;

(3) Other risks caused by network information or user behavior.

15.4 You understand and agree that this service is not designed for certain specific purposes, including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military purposes, medical facilities, transportation and communications and other important fields. Tianshu Game does not bear legal responsibility for casualties, property losses and environmental damage caused by the failure of the above operations due to software or services.

15.5 Tianshu Game obtains the right to deal with illegal and illegal content in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Tianshu Game. Tianshu Game cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal acts or corresponding treatment.

15.6 Under no circumstances should you trust online information that asks for money, passwords, or other property. If it involves property operations, please verify the identity of the other party first, and please always pay attention to the tips of Sweet Potato Game on preventing fraud crimes.

16.1 Your use of the services of Sweet Potato Game is deemed that you have read this Agreement and accept the constraints of this Agreement.

16.2 Sweet Potato Game has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant service page.

16.3 After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by Sweet Potato Game, it is deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by Sweet Potato Game.

17.1 Sweet Potato Game may change the content of the service, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.

17.2 If any of the following circumstances occurs, Sweet Potato Game has the right to interrupt or terminate the service provided to you without notice:

(1) According to the law, you should submit true information, but the personal information you provide is untrue, or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration, and you fail to provide reasonable proof;

(2) You violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;

(3) According to the provisions of the law or the requirements of the competent authorities;

(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.

17.3 Sweet Potato Game has the right to charge according to the provisions of Article 8.2 of this Agreement. If you fail to pay in full and on time, Sweet Potato Games has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.

17.4 You are responsible for backing up the data stored in this service. If your service is terminated, Sweet Potato Games can permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is terminated, Sweet Potato Games has no obligation to return the data to you.

18.1 This Agreement is signed in Chaoyang District, Beijing, People's Republic of China.

18.2 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).

18.3 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and Sweet Potato Games, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where this Agreement is signed.

18.4 The titles of all clauses in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning. They cannot be used as the basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.

18.5 If any clause of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

19.1 If the user is under 18 years old, he/she is a minor and should read this Agreement and use this service under the supervision and guidance of his/her guardian.

19.2 Minor users are not well-versed in the world and are easily confused by the virtual images on the Internet. They are also curious and lack the ability to deal with things flexibly. They are easily exploited by people with ulterior motives and lack the ability to protect themselves. Therefore, minors should pay attention to the following matters when using this service, improve safety awareness, and strengthen self-protection:

(1) Recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, avoid being addicted to the Internet and affecting daily study and life;

(2) When filling in personal information, strengthen personal protection awareness to prevent bad elements from harassing personal life;

(3) Under the guidance of guardians or teachers, learn to use the Internet correctly;

(4) Avoid meeting strangers or participating in social activities at will to prevent criminals from taking advantage of the opportunity and endangering their own safety.

19.3 Guardians and schools should provide more guidance for minors when using this service. In particular, parents should care about their children's growth, pay attention to communication with their children, and guide their children on safety issues that should be paid attention to when surfing the Internet to prevent problems before they occur.
